Day
18 - Rest Day at Indiana Hotel and Dinner at Cairo Restaurant
Indiana Hotel
The courier service picked me up at the train station and took me to the Indiana Hotel. His employer wanted to take me to lunch and talk about general travel business stuff, which would have been nice, but events intervened.
The hotel was in a phone dead spot most of the afternoon due to failure of one of the towers, so a I missed the phone call about lunch, which was just as well. I was tired!
Rested and repacked. Met Eman for dinner at a vegetarian restaurant that the locals frequent. Wandered around some of the Cairo main streets looking at shops and bought more copy watches.
Eman and I sat in lobby of hotel saying our goodbyes, but she will be at the hotel in the morning just to see that I got my planned ride to the airport.

Eman is very thoughtful, and tries to make sure that everything is as perfect as it can be. In fact, the courtesy and general efficiency of all of the people who took care of me on the tour was exceptional.
