Here is a summary of the Nile
Cruise daily schedule and the ship ammenities that we enjoyed:
5 Days / 4 Nights - ASWAN to LUXOR
1st Day (Aswan)
A.M. Embarkation lunch.
P.M. View of the Elephantine Island by felucca (sailing
boat) and visit the Agha Khan Mausoleum Overnight in Aswan.
2nd Day (Aswan /Kom ombo / Edfu)
A.M. Visit of the high dam and the temple of Philae.
P.M. Visit the temple shared by the two Egyptian
gods, Sobek and Haroeris at Kom Ombo. Sail to Edfu and overnight.
3 rd Day (Edfu / Esna / Luxor)
A.M. Visit the temple of Horus in Edfu.
P.M. Sail to Esna . Cross the lock . Sail to luxor
and overnight.
4 th Day (Luxor)
A.M. Cross to the west Bank. Visit the Necropolis
of Thebes, Valley of the kings (3 tombs), the temple of Queen Hatshepust,
and
the Colossi of Memnon .
P.M. Visit the temple of Karnak and the temple of
Luxor. Overnight in luxor.
5 th Day (Luxor)
A.M. Disembarkation after breakfast.
